When you send a project enquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, business or project name, and project context. Our website and security providers may also process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser or device information, and request logs, to operate and protect the site.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, assess whether we are a good fit, prepare a proposal, and communicate about a project if we work together. Technical information is used to keep the website reliable and secure. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Services that process information
We use carefully selected providers to run the site and receive enquiries: Vercel for website hosting, Cloudflare for security and delivery (including a Turnstile security check on the enquiry form), and Zoho Mail and ZeptoMail for email delivery. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services. They may process information in countries other than yours.
How long we keep it
We keep unsuccessful project enquiries for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is needed to continue a conversation or meet a legal obligation. If you become a client, we retain relevant project and business records for the period set out in our written agreement or required by applicable law.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared, or withdraw consent for a future use that depends on consent. Email hello@freshoutline.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity and may keep limited information where required for legal, security, or record-keeping reasons.
